JKF-159C系列采用真空吸入物料的方式給料。包裝袋放置在密閉的真空倉(cāng)內(nèi)，物料通過(guò)負(fù)壓吸引作用進(jìn)入包裝袋內(nèi)，同時(shí)物料中的氣體通過(guò)包裝袋的氣孔排出。當(dāng)填充到包裝袋內(nèi)的物料重量到達(dá)預(yù)設(shè)的重量值時(shí)，真空泵停止運(yùn)行，同時(shí)真空倉(cāng)門(mén)打開(kāi)，人工取下包裝好的包裝袋，即完成單袋包裝。包裝過(guò)程無(wú)粉塵外溢，有效降低對(duì)環(huán)境的污染。包裝過(guò)程能實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓縮比填充物料，使包裝成品袋外形充實(shí),縮小包裝袋尺寸，包裝效果尤為突出。
JKF-159C valve-port vacuum powder dosing packaging machine It consists of vacuum pump, negative pressure tank, vacuum chamber, and bag filter.
