儀器簡介：
XR-100SDD 硅漂移探測器(SDD)是Amptek 公司X 光探測器系列的**成員，是一代革命性的產(chǎn)品。它 性能高、尺寸小、低成本，使它成為OEM 制造商的理想選擇，用于生產(chǎn)從手持式到臺(tái)式分析儀器。硅漂 移探測器(SDD)實(shí)現(xiàn)了極高計(jì)數(shù)率下優(yōu)異的能量分辨率。同其它Amptek 公司生產(chǎn)的探測器一樣，它被封 裝在TO-8 外殼內(nèi)，所以它的波形因數(shù)可直接轉(zhuǎn)換為現(xiàn)有系統(tǒng)所用，兼容Amptek 公司生產(chǎn)的所有配件。
